Situated in one of the quieter back streets of Monte San Savino Casa Savino offers a beautiful vaulted entrance lounge / diner with kitchen area. There are two en suite double bedrooms, one with a balcony offering beautiful views over the Tuscan countryside, the other opening out onto the cottages south facing walled “patio” garden. The cottage is a perfect designer holiday haven for soaking up traditional Tuscan village life!

Accommodation includes: Two double bedrooms (17sqm and 15sqm) with en suite modern shower rooms, both bedrooms having a balcony off one room and a walled garden (3mx5m) off the other. A lounge / diner with kitchen area (25 sqm); the kitchen being fully equipped inc dishwasher. The cottage also has surround sound TV  and stereo system with HDMI, point, Internet WI-FI unit and a washing machine.

The cottage is located in the village of Monte San Savino famous for its antique stores and artisan furniture restorers. The village is well served for food shopping and there are several bars in the town, our favorite being the “Colombricola”. There are various restaurants in the town offering variations on the Tuscan cuisine and many more with in a short drive.

Located only 10 minutes drive from the A1 main Italian north/south arterial highway, the village of one San Savino is perfectly located from which to visit the whole region of Tuscany. It’s position, sitting between Tuscany’s three main wine regions; Chianti to the north, Montepulciano to the south and Montalcino to the west, offer the perfect “wine and dine” touring opportunities.

No smoking inside the house and no children under 12 years old. Pets are welcome but not on the sofa or bed.
